Senior Sales Development Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a Senior Sales Development Associate to lead and coach a team of Sales Development Associates. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, maintaining CRM accuracy, and improving conversion rates across the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and set performance targets for a team of Sales Development Associates.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound sales scripts and qualification processes.
• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing team members.
• Allocate inbound leads, manage partner lead lists and re‑qualify closed‑lost accounts.
• Build dashboards, monitor metrics (leads, SQLs, SALs, conversion ratios) and use data to drive improvements.
• Plan and launch outbound prospecting, creating scripts, target lists and outreach sequences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND and completed NYSC or valid exemption.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or sales development experience, including team leadership.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and with data‑driven environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or other CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales).
• Ability to build sales scripts, qualification processes and dashboards.
