Business Development & Client Relationships Manager (Remote, Nigeria)

About the role

Rosie's People is seeking an experienced Business Development & Client Relationships Manager based in Nigeria to expand its client portfolio across Nigeria, Africa and international markets. The role involves identifying commercially viable opportunities, building senior‑level relationships and converting them into paying business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new commercial opportunities across Nigeria and other relevant markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, CEOs, senior executives and HR leaders.
• Generate new business across Rosie's People’s consultancy services and qualify prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close commercially viable deals while ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and values.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular updates to the team.

Required profile

• Demonstrable B2B business development, sales or account‑management experience with a strong track record of generating and closing business.
• Experience working against individual revenue or business‑development targets, preferably exceeding them.
• Established professional network in Nigeria (and optionally other markets) and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and able to work remotely within an international team.

Required skills

• Strong commercial judgement, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
