Field Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Field Sales and Marketing Officer to promote our gift and wholesale products, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. The role involves driving sales through both online and offline marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential retail stores, gift shops, boutiques, supermarkets, lifestyle stores, and other relevant businesses.
• Introduce and promote the company’s gift products to prospective retailers and customers, presenting features, benefits, pricing, and wholesale/retail options.
• Generate new leads, convert prospects into customers and retail partners, and negotiate orders within approved guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and ensure proper product display in partner stores.
• Collect customer feedback, communicate market insights, and prepare regular reports on field activities and sales performance.

Required profile

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome; experience in marketing or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
