About the role
The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Mainland Lagos, promoting a global AdTech, digital marketing and outdoor advertising agency. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and drive revenue across the company’s diverse service portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing and other prospecting techniques.
- Manage inbound client inquiries and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales targets with overall business objectives.
- Deliver training and guidance to clients and team members to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written English with a clear accent for speaking with international clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven sales or sales‑management experience, preferably in digital marketing, AdTech or advertising (optional).
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently on a full‑time basis.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with online meeting tools.
