Sales Manager

About the role

Ascentech is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts in the Lagos construction market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Generate new business and nurture relationships with contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
• Identify and track major construction and real‑estate projects across Lagos.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high‑value deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in building materials, marble, tiles, construction, real estate or luxury interiors.
• Proven record of sales growth and new‑business acquisition.
• Strong existing network among contractors, developers, architects, interior designers and project managers.
• Experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lagos construction and real‑estate market.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel extensively across Lagos.
