About the role
Renmoney is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist who will also provide administrative assistance. Based in Lagos, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and manage calendars as needed.
- Perform filing, documentation, record‑keeping and basic reporting tasks.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and deliveries.
- Assist with procurement requests, logistics coordination and office supplies management.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a front‑office or receptionist role.
- OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
- Professional appearance and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
