About the role
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing Mul‑T‑Lock Nigeria with a professional and welcoming demeanor. This role supports smooth office operations by handling communications, administrative tasks, and customer service inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and coordinate inter‑departmental communications.
- Schedule meetings, maintain visitor logs, and oversee office supply inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and offering support.
- Assist with document filing, record keeping, and other clerical duties.
- Keep the front desk area organized, neat, and welcoming at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum High School Diploma; higher education in office management or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front‑desk or customer‑service role.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, friendly attitude with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
