Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Kredete is a fast‑growing fintech company building cross‑border financial infrastructure. We are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to embed QA requirements into project plans.
• Define and execute test strategies for new features and releases, using both manual and automated methods.
• Establish performance metrics and quality indicators to monitor QA effectiveness.
• Conduct regular audits of QA documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage the QA environment, including hardware, software, and testing tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging testing technologies and recommend innovative improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in software testing methodologies.
• Experience leading QA activities across cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality products.
• Willingness to transition from contract to full‑time employment.

Required skills

• Manual and automated testing expertise.
• Proficiency with product testing and accessibility testing tools.
• Knowledge of Playwright.
• Familiarity with advanced AI testing tools (advantage).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
