Product Officer

About the role

The Product Officer will drive the end‑to‑end development of our digital lending platform, turning market insights and customer feedback into valuable product features. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification to launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, business requirements and market trends.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and stakeholders to deliver products that meet specifications.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage bug tracking.
• Monitor product performance, user behaviour and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Conduct competitor and market research to uncover innovation opportunities.
• Maintain product documentation, roadmaps and workflows.
• Coordinate smooth product launches, updates and feature roll‑outs.
• Identify risks, operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Track product KPIs and prepare insights for management.
• Ensure compliance with business, regulatory and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Strong product management and development experience (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, business teams and senior management.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
