Project Architect

About the role

J Mega Design is looking for a full‑time remote Project Architect to lead architectural design and construction projects while ensuring sustainability and client requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction phases of multiple projects.
• Lead the architectural design process and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
• Prepare and manage project submittals and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, including structural and MEP engineers.
• Utilise Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Revit and Dynamo.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, delivering results within defined constraints.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s and Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in sustainable design and project management.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse, remote teams.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) and ISO 19650 standards.
