Procurement Officer – Cosmetics & Non‑Drugs

About the role

We are looking for a smart, detail‑oriented Procurement Officer to lead sourcing and purchasing for our Cosmetics and Non‑Drugs category. You will ensure a steady supply of high‑quality beauty and personal‑care products across all retail outlets while driving cost efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure cosmetics, skincare, personal‑care and other non‑drug items from approved vendors.
• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, trigger timely replenishment of fast‑moving products and support promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market surveys to spot trending beauty products and align stock with customer demand.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, invoices and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with sales and store teams to forecast stock requirements.
• Track supplier performance, resolve shortages, delays or damaged goods.
• Prepare procurement reports, stock analysis and cost‑saving recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, retail or pharmacy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic and non‑drug product categories.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid inventory‑management capabilities.
• High integrity, organization and attention to detail.

• Competitive monthly gross salary ranging from ₦200,000 to ₦250,000.
