About the role

The Private Banker is responsible for growing, maintaining and retaining a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. The role focuses on delivering tailored banking solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience and driving revenue for the bank.

Key responsibilities

  • Retain private banking customers in line with the segment value proposition and country strategy.
  • Collaborate with credit, product and wealth specialists to shorten turnaround times.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of clients to relationship management.
  • Own customer requests, complaints and applications, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Conduct needs analyses for new and existing clients to identify appropriate product opportunities.
  • Proactively manage the portfolio to maximise fees, margins and sales while minimising costs and risks.

Required profile

  • University degree.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in sales, high‑net‑worth individual relationship management, credit applications and financial services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven sales track record in the financial sector.
