About the role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will also manage our social media channels. The role combines administrative support with content creation and online engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Handle social media accounts, create and post engaging content across platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages received online.
  • Assist with store operations, including inventory checks and staff coordination.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities by preparing materials and tracking campaigns.

Required profile

  • Minimum qualification of O'Level (equivalent to high school completion).
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools and best practices.
  • Ability to create and post engaging content that resonates with the audience.
  • Smart, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Preference for candidates residing in or near Akowonjo for easy commute.
