About the role
FairMoney is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to provide end‑to‑end talent management support for its outsourced workforce. You will play a key role in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate full recruitment cycle for outsourced hires, from job posting to offer delivery.
- Manage onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and resource allocation.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date employee database with contracts, personal data, and benefits enrollment.
- Process outsourced staff payroll, ensuring accurate compensation, deductions, and benefits.
- Administer employee benefits such as HMO, pension plans, and assistance programs.
- Handle employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and support attendance, leave, and time‑keeping records.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy and legal requirements.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll for outsourced staff.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for handling employee relations and inquiries.
