About the role
TeamAce Limited, a retail company based in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking an HR Associate to support its people operations on a short‑term basis. This hybrid role combines on‑site collaboration with remote work, offering a dynamic environment for a proactive HR professional.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview coordination.
- Assist in onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee relations inquiries and support HR operations.
- Prepare HR documents such as letters, memos, and reports.
- Support performance management and general HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational abilities, and high confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N300,000 to N350,000.
- 2‑month contract with hybrid work mode (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
