Operations Manager – Hospitality (Serviced Apartment)

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily hospitality operations for a serviced‑apartment property on Victoria Island, Lagos. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure seamless guest experiences across dining, fitness, laundry and housekeeping while supporting revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational budgets, keep kitchen and bar areas clean and well‑stocked.
• Set performance standards and evaluate staff, including cooks, servers and housekeeping teams.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and uphold service quality.
• Oversee all on‑site facilities such as dining, fitness centre and laundry services.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through operational excellence and sales support initiatives.
• Implement strict quality‑control, cleanliness and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in serviced apartments or hotels.
• Strong understanding of guest experience management, facility coordination and revenue management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hospitality booking/reservation platforms.
