Customer Relations Officer – Serviced Apartment

About the role
We are looking for a smart, customer‑focused and organized professional to manage customer interactions, bookings and inventory for a serviced apartment in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role ensures an excellent guest experience while supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings and reservations professionally.
- Provide excellent service and resolve client complaints promptly.
- Oversee general welfare of customers during their stay.
- Monitor and manage inventory records and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum HND/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or guest relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Female candidates preferred for gender balance.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with basic inventory or booking systems.
- Familiarity with POS or hotel/property management systems (advantageous).
