Operations Manager – Hospitality (Serviced Apartment)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our serviced‑apartment property in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role oversees all guest‑facing services, ensures operational efficiency, and supports revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operations within budget, keep kitchen and bar areas clean and well‑stocked, and set performance standards for culinary and service staff.
• Evaluate staff performance, address guest complaints, and uphold high service quality.
• Oversee all facility areas including dining, fitness, laundry and housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through operational excellence and sales support initiatives.
• Implement strict quality control, cleanliness standards, and attentive service across the property.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality operations and sales within serviced apartments, hotels or short‑let properties.
• Strong understanding of guest experience management, facility coordination and revenue management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hospitality booking and reservation platforms.
