Operations Lead

About the role

Ebenezer Nexus is seeking an Operations Lead to drive day‑to‑day activities for its Kero Rides service. You will supervise teams across Lagos and Mowe, translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and ensure smooth coordination among drivers, customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities of Kero Rides.
• Assign duties, set performance targets and monitor employee productivity, attendance and conduct.
• Conduct regular staff follow‑ups, performance evaluations and hold team members accountable for deadlines and standards.
• Facilitate communication between Lagos and Mowe offices and collaborate with technology, finance, customer service, marketing and administration teams.
• Develop and monitor work plans, schedules, KPIs and performance reports.
• Identify operational problems, service gaps and process inefficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
• Support operational readiness for launch, rollout and expansion of Kero Rides.
• Maintain operational records, documentation and prepare periodic updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar operations or supervisory role.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to lead teams and manage logistics.
