Marketing Specialist – Royco Brand

About the role

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive growth for the iconic Royco brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, leading brand initiatives and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects and manage brand‑led growth (BLG) campaigns to increase value and volume.
• Own end‑to‑end brand management, including P&L, S&OP and budget (BMI) control.
• Develop and execute launch plans, new pack formats and integrated brand communications with creative agencies.
• Steer the Integrated Brand Planning process and oversee the brand’s digital strategy and electronic communications.
• Collaborate with Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance and global/local partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experiential marketing experience, preferably in a digital‑first FMCG setting.
• Proven ability to analyse shopper journeys and optimise customer experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Independent thinker with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
