Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth for Speedaf Express, a fast‑growing logistics and e‑commerce player in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Strengthen brand positioning across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and run acquisition, retention and market‑expansion campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Manage content creation to maintain consistent brand voice.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics and ROI.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and partners.
• Organise events, activations and partnerships to increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in express delivery, logistics, e‑commerce or related sectors.
• Proven track record in campaign management and brand development.
• Strong analytical, communication and creative abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
