Marketing Officer – Loan Products

About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking a proactive Marketing Officer to promote its loan products in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating leads, educating prospects, and supporting customers through the application process while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market loan products to prospective customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities.
• Explain loan eligibility, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospects.
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
• Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, micro‑finance, banking, or a related role.
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proactive, confident, disciplined, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
