About the role
Nextzon Group is expanding its Academy and seeks a seasoned Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and growth of its learning programmes. Reporting to the Group Head of Human Capital, you will shape the strategic direction of the Academy and ensure high‑impact learning experiences for participants across diverse industries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Academy’s learning strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, build and continuously improve curricula, learning modules and digital content.
- Manage faculty, external partners and learning technology platforms.
- Oversee programme delivery, facilitation and participant experience.
- Drive business development, revenue generation and partnership opportunities.
- Measure learning effectiveness and operational performance using KPIs.
- Champion digital learning innovation and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as CLDP, APTD, CPTD, CIPM, SHRM‑CP/SCP.
- Proven experience managing corporate learning academies, executive education centres or similar functions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business development track record.
