About the role
Moniepoint is seeking a Lead People Business Partner to act as a strategic bridge between enterprise people strategy and business execution. You will partner with senior leaders to design and implement initiatives that boost performance, engagement, and organisational capability.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to operationalise people plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage day‑to‑day employee lifecycle matters together with People Operations and Employee Relations.
- Coach line managers on performance management, feedback and team engagement.
- Analyse people metrics such as attrition, engagement and performance to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning, ER) to deliver enterprise programmes.
- Champion culture, inclusion and accountability across the business.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or advisory role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple business units or teams.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour regulations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends.
- Experience in fintech, banking or digital environments is preferred.
