Lead M&E Power Engineer & Site Facility Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Lead M&E Power Engineer who will also act as Site Facility Manager for a high‑profile mixed‑use development. This hands‑on role requires a technical authority who can ensure uninterrupted power and building services across a 60,000 sqm campus that includes industrial, commercial and residential zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integrated power supply architecture – national grid, utility‑scale solar‑hybrid, diesel generators and UPS/battery backup – to guarantee 24/7/365 reliability.
• Oversee ATS/AMF panels, verify change‑over logic, conduct tests and intervene manually when required.
• Monitor solar hybrid performance, optimise dispatch to minimise diesel use and maximise solar utilisation.
• Lead a technical team in fault diagnosis, corrective action and preventive maintenance across all building services.
• Produce clear technical reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in power systems maintenance and facility management.
• Proven ability to operate in high‑pressure environments and make decisive technical decisions.
• Strong leadership presence; commands respect through expertise, not hierarchy.
