Field Service Technician – Packaging Machines

About the role

Krones is looking for a Field Service Technician to support its packaging machine portfolio across West Africa. Based in Lagos, you will travel to customer sites, ensuring machines operate efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission new Krones machines and production lines.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and correct faults on existing equipment.
• Program industrial control systems and interfaces.
• Prepare and submit administrative reports and documentation after each intervention.
• Coordinate with factory specialists, site managers, CSC and Dispo teams for scheduling and technical support.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the brewing or packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Krones product portfolio.
• Willingness to travel regularly and hold a valid international passport.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
