Head of Water Production

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Water Production to lead our water treatment, bottling, and packaging operations in Ilupeju. The role focuses on delivering efficient production output while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end water production operations, including treatment, bottling, and packaging.
• Achieve production targets while minimizing downtime and waste.
• Supervise water treatment and utility systems.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff.
• Prepare production reports and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in water or beverage manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years in a production management role.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment, bottling operations, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and reporting abilities.
