International Student Recruiter – Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

We are looking for two results‑driven International Student Recruiters to join our study‑abroad team in Lagos. You will guide prospective students through the entire admissions journey, turning inquiries into successful enrolments while contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries from ads and marketing campaigns into enrolled international students.
• Advise prospects on study‑abroad options, including universities, courses, and destinations.
• Follow up leads, build relationships, and close admissions deals.
• Support students through the application process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Prepare and review student documentation such as SOPs and required forms.
• Provide accurate information on admission requirements, timelines, and processes.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• BSc degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, client acquisition, or study‑abroad recruitment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of converting leads into paying customers.
• Prior experience in study abroad, education consulting, or travel industry is an advantage.
• Highly organised, proactive, and target‑driven.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of ₦200,000 per month.
• Commission of ₦50,000 for each successful student enrolment.
• Performance bonus up to ₦100,000 monthly based on targets.
• High earning potential linked to performance.
