About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our fast‑growing brokerage team in Lagos. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and promoting our range of Forex and CFD trading products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails and other channels.
- Present the company’s financial products and services confidently to prospects.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow‑ups and conversions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and understand client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience, preferably in a Forex or CFD brokerage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and energetic approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred (not mandatory).
