Influencer Marketing Assistant – TikTok Focus

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant who lives and breathes TikTok. In this fully remote position you will support influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, and customer engagement strategies for growing brands.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and suggest brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist with managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research and shortlist potential influencers for collaborations.
• Handle outreach via DMs or email, maintain communication logs, and coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content pipelines, and influencer relationships.
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Hands‑on experience using TikTok for business.
• Experience with CRM or influencer management platforms.
