Experienced Digital Marketer – Social Media & Video

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, hands‑on digital marketer to lead and execute high‑performing campaigns for internal brands and client projects. The role focuses on practical execution – creating content, managing social channels, editing videos, and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other platforms.
• Create engaging social media assets such as graphics, captions, reels, carousels and short‑form videos.
• Edit promotional videos, reels and social media clips to a high standard.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and campaign strategies.
• Monitor trends, viral formats and audience engagement opportunities.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and related networks.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and creative teams on campaign execution.
• Support branding, product launches and client marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven ability to create, publish, edit and grow digital platforms professionally.
• Strong creative sense, trend awareness and internet‑savvy mindset.
• Results‑driven with a focus on visibility, engagement, lead generation and conversions.
