About the role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations of our property in Lagos, Marina. The role involves coordinating all departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate all departments.
- Supervise, train, and manage hotel staff.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, inventory, and overall performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance standards.
- Develop staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Manage suppliers and support procurement activities.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an HND.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
