Head of Project Management – Mobility Business

About the role

The Head of Project Management for the Mobility Business will lead end‑to‑end delivery of mobility‑related projects, ensuring they are executed on time and aligned with the company’s strategic priorities. This senior position reports to the Head of Mobility Business and coordinates across internal teams, partners, regulators and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Owner in planning, sequencing and prioritising mobility initiatives.
• Develop and maintain initiative roadmaps, work‑plans and delivery timelines.
• Track progress against milestones, identify delivery risks early and manage mitigation actions.
• Translate strategy and investment ideas into concrete execution plans and action items.
• Monitor financing requirements, timelines and conditions precedent.
• Manage meeting structures, action logs and follow‑ups across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, regulators, financiers and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or a related discipline.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project‑management experience, preferably in mobility or transport sectors.
