About the role
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies to support the People Optimization department.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory system.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and conduct regular stock counts.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for internal distribution.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed to prevent shortages.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in store or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and data‑entry accuracy.
- Excellent communication and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
