About the role
Plexa Health is expanding its unified healthcare API network into Benin City, Nigeria. As the first field sales representative for this greenfield territory, you will introduce our platform to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare stakeholders, helping them access real‑time patient data across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and build relationships with hospitals, clinics and health‑insurance partners in Benin City.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, onboarding sessions and follow‑up meetings.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Achieve outreach and engagement targets and hand off signed accounts to the technical team for onboarding.
Required profile
- Proven sales or field‑agent experience in pharma, medical devices, health‑insurance, health‑tech or fintech.
- Based in Benin City (or Lagos) with existing relationships in the local healthcare or business community.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑driven, organized and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non‑technical buyers.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic productivity apps.
