Experienced Sales Specialist – Student Enrollment

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Specialist to boost student enrollment for Easyway German Language School. The role focuses on generating leads, nurturing prospects and converting them into paying students through calls, messages and face‑to‑face interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert prospective students via phone, messaging and in‑person meetings.
• Present and promote Easyway’s German language programs to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and enrollment goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and customer interactions.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay updated on program offerings, pricing and schedules.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition.
• Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence handling objections and negotiating with clients.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using a CRM system (preferred).
