About the role
InfoWARE Limited is seeking a Solutions Account Manager to drive client relationships and strategic growth within the Nigerian capital markets. You will act as the primary technical and business liaison for our portfolio of financial software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and maintain trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives, traders, portfolio managers, and IT teams.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts, overseeing client retention, renewals, and identifying expansion and upsell opportunities for products such as IDIA Trader, IMDT, OMS & EMS.
- Own end‑to‑end implementation for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth roll‑outs and mitigating deployment risks.
- Serve as the primary technical contact, providing expert troubleshooting, problem‑solving support, and advisory services.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Development, and Customer Success teams to align product rollout strategies and resolve technical issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience in the Nigerian capital market (brokerage, investment bank, or fintech).
- Strong understanding of capital market operations, trading workflows, order management, market data, and execution processes.
- Proficiency with data analytics and collaboration tools such as Excel and CRM platforms; Microsoft SQL experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills with a customer‑obsessed mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
