About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join a leading biopharmaceutical company operating across the globe. Based in Warri, Delta, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals and institutions in the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Drive prescription generation and increase product uptake.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure full territory coverage.
  • Organise product presentations and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Submit timely activity and sales reports.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria.
  • HND in Life Sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of doctor call processes and distributor engagement.
  • Proven sales track record within the region.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
