About the role
The Executive Assistant / System PA will provide high‑level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman of Domeo Resources International, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the company’s growth. This position demands a proactive, resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage complex business functions from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Act as liaison between the Chairman and Business Units/Subsidiaries, facilitating communication on operational initiatives.
- Monitor progress of strategic projects, coordinate with unit heads, and ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct research and analysis of operational processes, recommending improvements aligned with growth objectives.
- Prepare financial summaries, performance reports, KPI analyses, and support budget planning and tracking.
- Provide high‑level administrative support: manage schedules, correspondence, travel, and event organization.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests for the Chairman, prioritizing efficiently.
- Compile reports, presentations, and briefings for meetings, highlighting project status and industry trends.
- Conduct market and competitor research, delivering insights on risks and growth opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating business development prospects, including feasibility studies and recommendations.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Chairman when required.
