Digital Marketing & SEO Course Tutor (Remote)

About the role

Kovon Academy, a Nigerian EdTech platform, is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to design and record a comprehensive beginner‑to‑advanced online course. The tutor will create twelve pre‑recorded modules covering branding, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email automation and freelancing, and deliver all materials remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Record and deliver all 12 video modules following the provided syllabus.
• Explain digital marketing concepts from basic to advanced in a clear, practical manner.
• Demonstrate real‑world tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and email platforms.
• Create exercises, assignments, slide decks, worksheets, templates and strategy guides for each module.
• Submit final videos and supporting files in the required formats and accommodate up to two rounds of revisions.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in digital marketing and SEO with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Access to professional recording equipment capable of 1080p video and clear audio.
• Ability to complete the full course within 2–3 weeks after signing and be available to start in May 2026.
• Experience in the Nigerian market is a plus.

Required skills

• SEO and PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Content strategy and social media advertising.
• Email marketing and CRM tools.
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Video recording (1080p) and audio capture.
