Client and Legal Support Officer

About the role

Kisha Immigration is looking for a detail‑oriented Client and Legal Support Officer to assist with immigration and legal processes. The role involves direct client interaction, preparation of documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering queries and guiding them through immigration procedures.
• Prepare, review, and proofread visa applications, supporting documents, submission letters, and Statements of Purpose.
• Research and stay updated on immigration policies, work permit renewals, and visa requirements.
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as affidavits, appeals, and case summaries while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor case progress, follow up with clients, and provide proactive solutions to potential challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with sales/marketing to ensure effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of legal practice experience, post‑Bar.
• Prior experience in immigration consultancy, legal support, or client services.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and case management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research databases.
• Experience using document management software.
