Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and governance across Bralewood Investments' Finance, Compliance, and Corporate Services divisions. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, the COO will ensure alignment of business operations with the company’s vision and long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational and financial strategies that support the organization’s mission.
• Advise the CEO and Board on performance, financial sustainability, compliance risks, and growth initiatives.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance‑management processes for all supervised divisions.
• Drive operational efficiency, business transformation, and process optimisation across the company.
• Oversee accurate, timely financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inter‑divisional collaboration to align operational goals with corporate priorities.

Required profile

• Highly analytical, strategic, and operationally driven executive.
• Extensive experience in financial management, compliance, risk management, and corporate administration.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of driving organisational efficiency.
