Accountant – Full-time (Lekki Phase 1)

About the role

Hair by TMS is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its team in Lekki Phase 1. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the company’s financial operations and help drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and manage relationships with financial vendors.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
