About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for elevator sales, installations, and maintenance contracts within a defined geographic zone. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue in line with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the elevator and construction sectors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated project delivery and reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in elevators, construction, or engineering.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel within and beyond the assigned region.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
