Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join Easyway German Language School’s Port Harcourt branch. The role focuses on driving student enrollment by managing leads, engaging prospects and converting them into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and nurture prospective students through calls, messages and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Present Easyway’s German language programmes and explain pricing, schedules and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide a high‑quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead‑generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay informed about programme updates, pricing changes and new offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition.
• Strong closing ability and track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and negotiating with clients.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
