Brand and Growth Strategist

About the role

FMR Agency is seeking a Brand and Growth Strategist to shape and execute strategic initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will translate business objectives into compelling brand narratives and growth plans that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and business goals to develop clear brand and growth strategies.
• Create and deliver strategic proposals and presentation decks for senior client stakeholders.
• Define premium positioning and narrative for perception‑driven brands, or acquisition‑focused tactics for volume‑driven brands.
• Direct and brief execution partners (social, design, video, paid media, PR) to ensure alignment with the strategic vision.
• Monitor strategy performance, report on outcomes, and adjust tactics when targets are not met.
• Contribute to the evolution of the agency’s own brand and service offering.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or growth strategy with demonstrable business impact.
• Proven ability to build strategy from ambiguous briefs with minimal supervision.
• Confidence presenting and defending strategic direction to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing designers, content creators, or media specialists without necessarily executing the work yourself.
• Agency, brand‑side, or growth‑marketing background is welcome.
