Area Sales Manager – Frozen & Chilled Food

About the role
The Area Sales Manager will lead sales growth for frozen and chilled food products across the assigned territory. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for building strong distributor and customer relationships while ensuring effective market coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities within the territory.
- Supervise field sales teams and ensure efficient route‑to‑market execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and support regional expansion initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably in frozen or chilled food distribution.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, distributor management and market expansion strategies.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from N400,000 to N500,000 per month.
