About the role
We are looking for a motivated Support Staff member to join our eye clinic in Lagos. The role provides essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and high‑quality patient service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, memos, correspondence and appointment documentation.
- Assist internal teams with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Professional attitude when dealing with patients and staff.
