About the role

We are looking for a motivated Support Staff member to join our eye clinic in Lagos. The role provides essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and high‑quality patient service.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, memos, correspondence and appointment documentation.
  • Assist internal teams with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Professional attitude when dealing with patients and staff.
