Account Executive – Advertising & Brand Activation

About the role

The Account Executive will manage assigned client accounts, building long‑term relationships with brands and decision‑makers. You will translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams and ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
• Interpret client briefs and develop clear internal briefs.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to deliver campaigns, activations, and events.
• Develop concepts, proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Coordinate client feedback, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates and post‑campaign reporting.
• Identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, experiential marketing, brand activation, events or marketing communications.
• Proven account management or client servicing experience within an agency environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Excellent organization, project coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
